Jace Haus exists because automation is fundamentally a service problem, not a software problem. Before you can buy off-the-shelf software to replace a technician's work, you need a highly specific understanding of how that work is currently being done, where it breaks, and what the edge cases are.
Founder background
I'm Adarsh, the founder of Jace Haus. I have a background as a full-stack developer with deep experience in Python, complex workflow systems, and outbound infrastructure.
Having worked around an AI automation company and extensively in client operations, I saw firsthand the gap between what AI vendors sell and what operational teams actually need. The technology is incredibly capable, but the implementation requires careful engineering and a deep respect for operational risk.

This is our core philosophy. We don't believe in building speculative software and searching for a problem. We solve the problem manually, engineer a custom automation to scale the solution, and only build generalized software once there is undeniable evidence of recurring value.
Product-later roadmap
Jace Haus operates today as a specialized automation agency. Over time, the custom workflows we build that prove universally valuable across multiple MSPs will be abstracted into packaged software products. Software follows paid validation.
How early projects are handled
Because we are in the early stages of building Jace Haus, every single automation project is handled directly by the founder. You aren't handed off to junior offshore talent. You get direct access to the person engineering your solution, ensuring quality, accountability, and speed.
Location and working hours
Jace Haus is based in India. We operate with significant overlap for US mornings and full UK business hours, ensuring rapid communication and collaborative sprint reviews.
