Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Jace Haus, concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

Services description

Jace Haus provides automation engineering and consulting services primarily for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The specific scope of services for any given engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Pilot Sprint agreement.

Payment terms

Payment terms are dictated by the specific service package purchased. For Pilot Sprints, payment is typically required upfront. For larger engagements, milestone-based billing may apply. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

For custom automation workflows delivered to clients, ownership rights and licenses will be governed by the specific Statement of Work. Generally, clients retain ownership of their data and infrastructure, while Jace Haus retains ownership of generalized automation logic and methodologies.

Limitation of liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services, to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms of Service or of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably consent that the courts of the applicable jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
